Banana Burgers

Ingredients
Mashed bananas (2)
Chia seeds (2 tbs)
Oats (1 cup or 100g)
Oat milk (200ml)
Cinnamon (2tsp)
Maple syrup (2tbs)
Flour (80g)
Method
Pour the oat milk onto the chia seeds, so they begin to soak. Weigh out the oats and the flour. Pour the milk and the chia seeds into the oats and the flour. Mix in the mashed banana, cinnamon and maple syrup. Mix it well until looks like normal, smooth batter. Don't worry if the batter is brown, it's meant to be like that. Before putting some of the mixture into a hot pan, put some coconut oil into the pan. If you are a child ask for an adults help. Flip about halfway through. You will know it is finished when it looks exactly like a beef burger. Some nice things to have with it are blueberry compote, or a smoothie. Here is how to make the blueberry compote:

Method:
Put the blueberry's in a small pan on a hot heat. Stir continuously. Don't keep them in the pan until a juice, pour them in a bowl when they are squishy, but still have some posture.
