Sweet side dishes

Here is where I will put some spectacular side dished to brighten up your meals. So, lets start!!


 

Curried Cauliflower


Ingredients


  • Curry powder

  • Cauliflower

  • Mixed spice

Method


Simply, you get your cauliflower onto a chopping board. Then you mix all your spices together, and rub them on the cauliflower.


Meal suggestions for this side.


  • Roast chicken

  • Curry

  • Chilli con carni


 

Feta toast


Ingredients


  • Feta

  • Sourdough bread

  • Olive oil

  • Chilli (optional)

  • Tomato's

  • Black beans

Method


Get all your ingredients ready on a chopping board, except the bread. Pop the bread in the toaster until done. Drizzle your olive oil over the bread, and on one side, lay the chilli on it and on the other side lay the feta. On top of them all pop on some halved tomatoes. You're nearly finished!! Finally, sprinkle the black beans on top. This is great to have at the beach, or somewhere when you feel you need something energising or refreshing.
